Crazzzy Kitten!!!

I purchased my first abyssinian kitten, i've had cats all my life yet never had the luxury of owning an aby. He is a 3 month old ruddy and he's absolutely CRAZY!!!! I've nver seen such a hyper cat...he's into EVERYTHING!!!! Now don't get me wrong, i love him dearly! I just would like to know if this is his own personality or just the breed? He atacks my feet, bites all the time, jumps on everything and is very persistant!!! Any suggestions to stop his biting also will he settle down after being neutered? When does this breed begin to mellow out? They REALLY are a SPECTACULAR cat!!!
