Tammy, yes they are very active, inquisitive (read very, very nosey), and intellegent (most are anyway). If they are well socialized as kittens, they are extremely friendly and outgoing. They can be somewhat like the Siamese, though, in picking out "their" person, but not all of them are one person cats. I will try to get some photos up in the gallery.
