There are many differences in them. Bengals were created by cross breeding Asian leopard cats to domestic cats to get first generation or F1 bengals. The first three generations are called the "Filial generation." and the males are almost always sterile. The fourth generation and beyond are considered domestic bengals and can be shown at TICA cat shows.
The oclicats are a pure domestic cat that was created by crossing a Siamese cat to an Egyptian Mau cat. The Ocicat standard calls for med-large ears and lynx tipping is a plus. Bengals should have small rounded ears with no lynx tipping that look more like a small spotted species of wild jungle cat...like a leopard cat or ocelot. "Ticking" on the coat hairs is also ok for ocicats while the bengals should have a clear coat with very little ticking. Many people think the bengal looks more like an ocelot than the ocicats do.
