Wow, I don't have any really great advice for you on this one. Ours wake up about that time too... How old is your kitty and is he/she neutered/spade? We close Ash and Zade out of our room about that time and they are content to dash around through the house, look out the windows at the birds and squirrels, etc. So I don't know. Do you have a nice cat tree for them to play on? Maybe a neat tree that is in the living room would be tempting to play on when not allowed in the bedroom in the morning.
