:Remember to not punish Thicket for any attacks - this will not help the situation, it will only make it worse. I know it's hard when you see this happening, but if Thicket associates pain with the kitten she will have a very difficult time readjusting.

I understand. I told my husband last night about the things you suggested. He is not a real patient man, but I think I have him convinced that this will work.

I went to the behavioral chat last evening and was given more good advice. I will do anything to restore my happy home.

I liked the "Towel Method" and plan to give it a try today.

I have been watching both the girls very closely and I think that if Honey would stop hissing and growling, Thickett might not attack her. It seems like Thickett is acting on Honey's reaction to her.

There are also times when Honey hisses and growls at me when I pet her or pick her up. This is very unlike her. She has always been such a sweet little thing...now she is moody and tempermental. Any ideas on that?

I am giving the girls a bath today and I hope the change in smells will do them some good...I'll let you know.
