A few weeks ago I posted about my biting kitten. Anyway, things are going OK with ups and downs, but my arms look a little bit more decent (not as many bites and scratches).
But, since he doesn't bite as much, he had to find something to substitute. Very few days ago, he started scratching and clawing on my bed all around me at 3 or 4 AM, WHILE I AM ASLEEP. He doesn't claw on me, but on the bed, bedsheets, blankets, etc.
It is VERY annoying. And he is ruining my bedsheets and blankets. I cannot take him out of my bedroom because first, he will meow like someone is trying to kill him, which so early in the morning will not let me or my neighbors sleep. Second, because (go figure) he KNOWS how to open the bedroom door (I still don't know how he does it).
I don't know if it is my smell or if he just wants to play (as if I am going to get up and play with him hide-and-seek at 3 AM in the morning). So far, I have done two things: 1.Ignore him (or pretend) 2. Say 'No bobby'. I was thinking about getting feliway, but since it's my bed, and I get very sensitive with strange smells (like for instance, the enzimatic cleaner I used when he peed, by accident, on some clothes)I am actually hesitating about using it. He is neutered, in case anyone wonders.
Any suggestions? Please, I am sleep-deprived still!!!
