:::I'm afraid you are not going to like this answer, but you probably should keep your cats indoors. There is not a whole lot you can do about an aggressive cat in an outdoor situation, especially if that cat isn't yours.

I wish I had a better answer for this. If you could somehow create an outdoor area where your cats couldn't wander out and this cat couldn't enter...like a screened in porch, then you probably don't have any other option.
