Hello, I need some advice with a new kitten I recently adopted with my fiancee. We adopted 2 kittens, both aprox. 4 months old.
For the record, both are girls and came from seperate litters.

The one cat is fine. No problems what so ever, very affectionate, playful, never bites, rarely cries, using the litterbox, eating, etc.

The other however seems like she has a problem. Other then the first night she tries to distance herself from you. You can pick her up and hold her 95% of the time. As soon as you put her down though or stop petting her she moves away. We could cuddle on the couch with the other, but she will leave all 3 of us and go sit on the otherside of the room. She has been rarely eating from what we have noticed but seems in perfect health. The strange thing that just started occuring the other day is this. The kitten was never aggressive or nasty at all. But recently what she does is cries at your feet while we're cooking, cleaning, eating, etc. So of course we pick the cute thing up to pamper her a bit. But out of the blue lately right after she meows at us and we pick her up, she'll take a HUGE bite out of one our fingers. So much so that she has left small holes in my hand that I have had to stop from beelding. It's just so random, and unprovoked which is why I can't understand why she is doing it. I am holding her normally, and not touching any sensative spots. And also like I said it only occurs after she meows at us from below. Could she be meowing for something else? We gave her milk once to get her to eat something and then I read it's not good for her so we havn't given her any since. We think the kitten is much younger then the adoption place claimed it was. Could this be some instinct she has thinking we're her mother? I have no clue which is why I am asking. I have an appointment for the vet later this week but would appreciate any suggestions beforehand. Thanks...
