:I free feed my kitten Iams dry and supplement with a little canned for dinner. I have been researching foods and plan on feeding Innova (they only make adult food) when she is ready to switch to adult. I like the fact that the ingredients in Innova are human grade. Has anyone had experience with this food.

I've found Innova to be an excellent food and the cats all love it, dry and canned. It is a little fattening though, IMO, so I've switched them to the Lite Innova.

Here's a comparison chart showing the ingredients in Innova vs. Iams. It's easy to see why Innova is so much better for them after reading the ingredients. Play with this comparison chart and compare to many of the well-known cat food companies.
