Yes, ProPlan is better than grocery store brands, so if it's a choice between those....choose the ProPlan. But there are even better foods available.

Certainly, if you cat is vomitting after eating try to switch her...gradually! Feeding more new food and less old food over one, or even two week's time. More expensive foods are more digestable because they're, well, better overall. If that doesn't help her (remember, switch slowly) then take her to the vet.

:Has anyone seen signifcant improvement with their cat using Pro Plan vs. grocery store brands. I am having trouble with my 2 year old female cat vomiting after eating. Help....
