Hello,
Does anyone have any advice on overweight cats?
I have a large frame domestic cat who now weighs twenty two pounds, due to my over feeding him.
I have switched over to feeding him the pet shop brand dry cat foods for overweight cats.
I would say that he has been on this diet for at least two months and I haven't weighed him, butI really can see no diffrence in his weight on sight.
I'm looking for any success stories out there.Or maybe an answer on how long it should take for him to get down to a more healthy weight.
I've asked advice from the employees in the pet shops, even my vet to no success. This also is a new vet, and I found him to be the same as my other vet. I find that when it comes to advice on weight problems and nutrition that at least these two vet's had very little advice to offer.
Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon!
Suzanne
