::Poor Schatzi is sick of seeing the vet, after the fifth vet visit since last Wed. We lowered the Sub Q fluids, and upped the forcefeeding. Dr M wants him eating 2 cans a day. . am going to do my best. .he's got a cold, poor thing, and is still fighting me like crazy to get the meds down. . .just breaks my heart.

:Borzoi, have you talked to the vet about giving you a paper rx and taking it to a compounding pharmacy for the meds? They can make up liquids that come in many flavors that are much more palatable than the conventional liquid or pills.
