If you strongly suspect cancer, then you might want to look into a diet for animals with cancer. Cancer needs sugars to grow, so a diet that is low in carbs helps these animals out a lot (some dog owners will add cottage cheese, but I haven't looked into cancer diets for cats so research it first). It isn't a cure, but it can help.
