And it's probably not a good idea to put her in the box when you've caught her urinating outside the box, or at any other time. It's only going to contribute to making her nervous about being around the litterbox.

Definitely take her to a good, cat-oriented vet.

:Even if your cat were not vomiting, I'd recommend a vet visit ASAP because of the peeing and pooping outside the box. While it could be a behavior issue, you do need to rule out any underlying medical cause.

:Since your cat is vomiting and also seems to have trouble with her bowels and bladder a vet visit is an absolute must. While peeing and pooping are often behavioral, I've never heard of a cat vomiting because of a behavioral issue, except maybe perhaps for stress.

:If all is clear on the health front, you may want to check some of the posts in the litterbox problems forum and see what steps you can take for behavioral troubles.
