About the only thing I can think of is perhaps the antibiotic is making her so nauseous that she doesn't want to eat. I can't think of another reason why a torn ligament would cause a loss of appetite. I looked up torn cruciate ligament and the only things I could find were that this was uncommon in cats and that the prognosis for cure was excellent.

Have you contacted your vet regarding this loss of appetite? If not, I would do this ASAP. Hopefully, your vet will be able to figure out what the problem might be.
