What did they feed her at the vet's? That might be what she can tolerate. Also you might ask the vet about the possibility of food allergies. There are some special formulas like veal and rice, duck and rice, lamb and rice for cats who seem to have trouble with food. You and your vet may need to work a bit to figure out what is going on.

Since Zoe seems to be otherwise healthy, I think she's going to be OK if you can get her some kind of food which she can hold down.
