I would like to add my voice to Fullottermoon's and urge you to reconsider you decision to let your kitten wander. Indoor cats statistically life much longer healthier lives. In addition to all the dangers listed above, cats who wander have a greater chance of being exposed to FIV, Feline Leukemia and other diseases. Also if your kitten is male he may be a loser when it comes to a territory battle with an older, feral, unaltered tom.
