There is also a product called "sticky paws", strips of transparent sticky tape. I had a similar problem with a dry flower arrangement. No matter what I did (bitter apple, etc.)I would find pieces of it everywhere. So I transferred the sticky tape to cellophane wrap (so I could move it and use it elsewhere) and put it under and around the flower pot. I could tell kitty was on it as it had little mountain peaks in it. She must have hated the sticky feel because I haven't seen any dry flower remnants since.
