My 2 cats like to give kisses in the sense that they smell my breath and stick there nose and lips just near enough to look like they are puckering up for a kiss.

Making blown kisses noises is also my way of calling them out from hiding. Which due to the original owners lack of care they were not found tell they were after 10 weeks old. So they fear everyone but me.
