My cat has it as well and has had it for a few years now without spreading it on to the other cats. We tried everything to treat it. He had us even shampooing his feet everyday and spraying them with antiseptic spray. Nothing worked. Whenever he is sleeping I clean each claw off a bit so it doesn't put pressure on the nailbed. If it doesn't cause your cat any pain, my vet said just to leave it alone. My vet said he will just be a cat with ugly toes until something is invented that works well on cats.
