I have two cats (both spayed/neutered), one is a 13 year old female, and the other is a nine month old boy. My problem is that the boy is VERY playful and aggressive, to the point where even tho he is neutured, he trys to mate with my older kitty, biting her and constantly trying to mount her. This results in a lot of yowling and fighting, and stress to my older kitty that I would like to avoid. I play with the boy a lot, he gets plenty of attention and love (when he isnt biting me or anything within an inch of him), but I'm afraid for my older kitty. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to calm him down towards the female? I have heard of Feliway for cats, does anyone have any feedback on this product? Is it safe?
