::Last night I wrote a post for the meeting hall board under the heading of "Poucette's Purwings," a heading I often use. I wrote (in the name of my cat, Poucette) about how I had finally made the decision to quit my job as a church organist, a subject I had mentioned on earlier posts. For no reason I can explain, the post wasn't accepted and I got a "WARNING!....." I can't begin to imagine what caused that. Could that be looked into by someone, please?
:Norma, that happened to me when I first came here, and I tried to make a post in the Dog Breeding Forum with the word "bitch" in it. :Needless to say I got them to get that dang word out of there! :There are a few words and banned advertisements entered into the filter. It is likely that some "MeowChat-ese" spelling of something has the same configuration of letters as something blocked in the filter. If you can reconstruct the post for me, I'll probably be able to figure out what it is, and perhaps I can get it changed. Or at least tell you what you did wrong, LOL! :I'm really sorry about the confusion. Since this site wasn't moderated regularly in the past, they developed tools like this to help keep certain elements off their boards. But now that the hosts are here, I would think that gradually human judgement will replace machine judgement. I appreciate your giving us the feedback that will enable us to speed that process along! :Christie Keith :Thanks for your quick reply, Christie. I didn't make a copy of the post, but may have used the word "organ" in it (without "pipe" in front of it). I can't think of anything else.
