Well Martha, an 8 month old UNspayed female + UNneutered male=Kittens. But you already know that. It's very possible and highly likely that she is already pregnant. It's a shame you have to deal with such a morn as your landlord. It is idiots like him who keep the rescue people in business. :(
I would say it is inevitable that there will be kittens around there soon. We can only hope that he wakes up and realizes what a foolish and unintelligent human he is being about this whole thing. (Obviously not the words I want to use, but trying to be polite) Good luck with the whole mess, Martha. I know you are trying.
