Maybe you could get her used to the clippers while you are doing the touching/feeling of the back feet by putting the clippers in your hand and not clipping, just making noises. Then give her a treat.

There is a "cat sack" which is available at drsfostersmith.com. It imobilizes a cat and makes it easier to groom, etc. I've heard some good things about them.
