Has your cat ever had any geriatric bloodwork done? Hyperthyroidism can cause old cats to become suddenly more active and restless. It's always a good idea to have blood tests done on aging cats, and your girl is definitely a senior!
If she's still acting at all weird take her to the vet. Old cats are prone to developing any number of problems and they're delicate, so it's much more difficult for them to recover even if something minor is wrong.
:My 19 year old cat was acting strangely last night. She was actually really active. Walking all around the house almost looking behind her. Walking aroung a table and stuff. She then threw up a few times, as well as went back and forth to the litter box. She went to the bathroom a few times and it was hard like normal. Wasn't really peeing.. She threw up a total of three times, and by morning wanted food. I left for work with her eating as usual. Any ideas?
