I was wondering after how long before you should start to worry about a watery eye. Kuma has had eye boogers a little more than normal lately. Today when I got home from work, his eye was watery and runny. It doesn't seem painful, he lets me wipe it with a cloth and look at it. Since it has just started really getting watery today, I don't really want to call the vet yet; but after how long should I call? I'm sure it will clear up in a day or two, but I like to be safe rather than sorry! Any eye advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

Martha, watch it closely for a couple of days and if it seems to be getting worse or not getting any better, then call. Make sure when you wipe the eye that you use a dampened cloth, preferably one that is sterile.
I don't recall where you are in the country, but I know where I am, some of the trees and grasses are starting to bloom and grow so a bit of allergy might not be unusual.
Also, is it possible that Kuma was playing with one of the other cats and got a scratch on his eye? Sometimes they are very hard to see without the medical equipment. But keep a close eye on it and let us know how he's doing!
