:My 9 month old male cat has been diagnosed with a Liver Shunt. I was wondering if anyone has had this experience with their cat and what the success rate of surgeries are. Plz contact me. I need advice as soon as possible.

Surgery can be successful if this is what is termed an external shunt. It won't help internal shunts at all. I have often had good success treating liver shunts with diet, herbs and homeopathy.
