Litter dust

Dr. Tobin,

Litter dust is something I really hate. I've begun wearing one of those paper surgical masks you can buy at the drugstore. Even with wearing the mask I will see particles of dust around my nose and mouth after I take it off. It's scary to think my cats and me been breathing that stuff for years! What brand would you recommend? (Don't say Litter Pearls because I've got 10 cats & 5 litter boxes. The cost would be prohibitive.)
