Copious urination

My 13 yr old spayed female cat is drinking copious amounts of water and producing copious amounts of urine. Her bloodwork shows everything normal and urinalysis shows nothing but low concentration. So far, no diagnosis.

She was getting canned and dry each meal -- have taken her off dry. Giving her Carpon tabs (Dr. Belfields cranberry formula for cats) and Mega C Plus (also Dr.Belfield's formula). The only symptom she exhibits is rising high while urinating but she has done that for several years. I observe her urinating when possible. On two occasions, there was fluctuation in the expulsion as if contracting. She shows no sign of being in pain. It may mean nothing but I have noticed that the tips of her hair on her lower back recently feel stiff instead of soft as usual.

I'm thinking it could be kidney disease and something was missed in the bloodwork. Is that possible and should I have her blood checked again right away? Any suggestions are appreciated.
