While she has improved A LOT(especially with good food)I would like to know of anything I can put on her to help clean up her ears? (I am hoping for some kind of esencial oil or infusion with mild antibiotic properties...) Thanks much in advance.

Try putting a few drops of olive or sesame oil in the ears, massage well to dissolve the wax, and wipe out with a cotton ball. Repeat daily until the wax is all gone. The oil will also suffocate any earmites which might still be around.
