:Dear Dr. I am the one who posted about the non stop vomiting. I just posted an up date which says, basicly my girl has colitas. Vet said KD is not good for this so I switched her to Science diet I/D. This is higher protein and phospherous is .65 on a dry matter basis! Do you think this is OK for both problems?
:Also she last had 200mils????? of fluids on Saturday and her blood test on Monday morning is creat. 1.6, and Bun 29, and her urine is just barely dilute. Is this because of fluids on Sat, and the day before? IF so should she be having subQ fluids at home?
:Also with your knowledge of CRF I wish you would go to http://www.yahoogroups.com/group/feline-CRF-support YOu sure could help us!
It looks like your cat stresses easily. I don't know if you were feeding her canned or dry food, but I would put her on a raw meat and bone diet, which should include at least sone raw beef kidney puree each day. Her kidney values don't appear bad. Stop all commercial food. This is just shooting from the hip, but I get the impression that homeopathic Arsenicum album 30c might be helpful. You should have her seen by a homeopathic veterinarian.
