Hard to say since we haven't seen the cat. Lots of things could be a factor (age, indoor cat, outdoor cat, litterbox habits, weight, etc.). Obviously, seeing a vet immediately is the very best thing for her. Not eating or drinking is very serious, especially lying with her head in the water dish. She is very, very sick. Let us know what the vet says.

:Hope someone may have had this happen to there cat before and can give me good news. My cat has been very healthy usually but has now stoped eating, not very responsive, and also just lies with her head on the water dish. Two days ago she was eating and drinking a lot now nothing she has no energy to even jump. I am taking her to the vet today but hope someone has had this and can give me good news I love her to pieces. Thank You
