For the safety of the kittens you must NEVER leave them around Chloe unsupervised. Feeding them in their crate is a good idea. Perhaps you should feed Chloe in a place where the kittens are unable to be - so that Chloe will get a sense of security.

As far as changing Chloe's behavior, since I'm not a dog person, I don't have any suggestions. If you haven't posted in the dog forum, please do so and I know you will get all sorts of suggestions.

Good luck! Hopefully over time this problem will resolve itself, but right now the kittens do need to be closely supervised at all times when Chloe is with them.
