As far as your question about introducing the dogs to the kitten, you probably need more help from the dog forum/behavior boards since the problems seem to be stemming from the dogs and their natural hunting instincts. I would recommend that you put the kitten in a carrier and allow the dogs to sniff around at will. If you have a baby gate then you can confine the dogs to one area of the house and allow the kitten time to explore unthreatened. Once the dogs get the idea that the kitten is part of the family, things may go a little smoother. Again, I cannot caution you too much not to allow the dogs to be around the kitten unsupervised for at least a month or even two. Good luck! As you probably know, terriers are bred to hunt for small prey and at this point they probably consider that kitten a prime candidate for a hunting party. Please be sure to keep them separated unless you or another adult in the household is there to supervise. The kitten does consider the dogs to be a threat and rightly so.
