First of all, if your Siamese is on medication, he needs a "hidey hole" or safe zone since he seems to feel so bad. Since he is on antibiotics then obviously he is sick with somthing. Also if he has not eaten by the time you read this, please call your vet ASAP and tell him/her about the Siamese cat's problem of not eating. It is important that he start getting food. Is there a place you can put the kitten so that it will not be around the Siamese for a while? A bathroom, laundry room or close off part of the house? You can go in and give the kitten lots of loving from time to time.

After the Siamese is well, then you should start slowly introducing them. There are lots of posts on this site about how to do this. Since the Siamese is feeling so bad right now, you need to go extra slowly. He probably will associate the kitten with feeling sick.

Good luck!
