I am so sorry to hear your Siamese is sick and still not accepting the new kitten. I'd like to reiterate all of Madame Alto's suggestions. Not eating can make cats even sicker. Please phone your vet if he still isn't eating.
Separating the Siamese and the kitten right now is very important as well. We don't want the Siamese to associate his pain or nausea with the kitten's presence. We also don't want the kitten to catch whatever your older cat has. Separating them also means you and/or your husband are going to have to go from room to room a bit, as they'll both probably need extra attention for a few days while they are separted and one is feeling sick.
When your Siamese is better, you can go back to the gradual introductions. In the meantime, try not to be too hard on yourself. Cats really do tend to prefer having a playmate, it just takes some of them longer to realize it than it does others.
Please let us know what the vet says.
