Take ALL milk away! Even a 9 wk. old kitten will not let themselves die of dehydration just because it's not to her liking. Leave only the water available for her (at all times, of course). She may cry and cry and wrap herself around your legs and all that attention seeking behavior. When she does, show her the water. She will drink it eventually and when she is thirsty. She's already smarter than you think and is training you well!
That's cats! I wouldn't give he ANY milk for about 2 months and then only a little bit at a time as a special treat. Trust me - she will not let herself die of thirst! It's time for Kitty Tough Love! LOL Best of Luck! Post back to let us know how she makes out.
