You can make an annonymous call to your local Humane Society or Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals- all states have them. Your nae will NOT be given to the abusers. And all complaints must be checked out by law. If you are unable to do it, email me directly and we wll find some way to take care of this. This is horrible!
These people should NOT have an animal!!! Stay in touch, please so we know how you've made out. You are right to try and do something to stop this cruelty. Nancy
