Pregnant cat in the warehouse

Hi in our back warehouse we have a cat that is pregnant. I don't know how far along she is, but she is pretty big. It gets really cold in there (-30 c* sometimes an night). She won't let us pet her, so I'm wondering if she is going to be ok having the kittens, and if they are going to live. Some of the people who work here would like to take the kittens home. Is this possible form a stray cat? When can we take the kittens?
