I hope someone can help shed some light on my problem.

I have two cats, litter mates, that have been with us since they were 3 months old. Molli is a spayed female, and Tazz is a neutered male.

Tazz pees outside of his litterbox all the time, It's getting to the point where we wonder if he ever pees in it. He pees, 95%of the time on one spot on the carpet. What can we do to deter him from doing this. WE really love him, but we're moving to a brand new house in a few months and can't bring him if he's going to do this.

We have two litterboxes for them, but this doesn't seem to help.

Also, we've tried every thing on the market to get the smell and stain out of the carpet, but nothing is working.
