I will assume that he was checked for a urinary infection since he was neutered. You might give your vet a call and see if he/she checked for that or if the cat needs to be checked again. Assuming that all is ok on the health front, you'll need to treat the behavior problem. First, retrain your cat to the litterbox by confining him in a small area with only the box and bedding and water and food. As he begins to use the box you can expand his area. Second, be sure to deodorize the bed throroughly - use an enzyme cleaner such as Nature's Miracle. You might try covering your bed with foil during the day to make it less attractive for a peeing site. Also check out Feliway. If you go to the website at http://www.catfaeries.com you can find out how to consult with the owner of the business if you order Feliway. At one time this consultation costed a small fee, but the person is very knowlegeable and can give you loads of advice. Finally if all else fails ask your vet about prescribing an antianxiety drug like Buspar. Your vet is the only one who can make the determination about using drugs, but in many cases they have worked wonders.
Even though he has been neutered, there are still some male hormones floating around in your cat's body. This behavior may expire of its own accord, but probably not. He has "learned" to mark on the bed for some reason. Although he seems calm around the other cats, he is probably still quite stressed out.
