At this time ask your vet about switching to Buspar as a medication. Sometimes a cat can build a tolerance to a certain drug - perhaps a switch will help him. Also be sure to deodorize the side of the bed the cat has been peeing on. Nature's Miracle for Cats is very highly recommended and is available at most large pet supply stores. Cover the spot he's been peeing on with foil. Also check out Feliway at http://www.feliway.com My dear kitty was very upset when I left for a few days and took it out on the bathroom rug. I removed the rug and covered the area with foil for a few days. I deodorized the rug with Nature's Miracle and washed it. When I returned the rug to its place, I spritzed it lightly with Feliway. I repeated the proceedure every day for about 3 days then tapered off. So far so good and I've been back over a month!
Since your cat has been treated sucessfully with antianxiety drugs, you are obviously on top of the problem pretty much. However, if it has been a while since the last vet check, please have a urinanlysis done just to be sure there's no infection that has suddenly cropped up.
