Well, just got back from Japan and, because of the 14-hour time difference, I am having a hard time sleeping. We went because my father-in-law died. We were there for a week. It was an interesting experience even though the occasion was a sad one. Buddhist funerals are VERY big on reality. No illusions about what is happening during cremation, let me tell you.

Also went to an internet cafe but couldn't participate from there because every time I tried to type english, everything came out in Japanese letters. Also saw Mount Fuji! It only took me 4 trips to Japan to accomplish this. Because large mountains sometimes create their own weather patterns, it is often covered with clouds. This time we got some pictures. It is only about 30-50 miles away from my husband's home.
