That is tough. Scotland for sure, but Ireland or England... If it were me, I'd say Ireland and Scotland. Unless you really want to see historical sites like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, etc. I've been to all three and if I went back, it would be Ireland and Scotland, hands down. I spent two weeks in England, two weeks in Scotland, and not nearly as much time in Ireland. Only a day... Whatever you do, make sure Scotland is in the package. I hope you are able to stay in guest houses/bed and breakfasts as well as finer hotels. We were able to stay in four star hotels one night and feed baby sheep to help pay our room and board another night... We also rented a cabin cruiser and spend 5 days and 4 nights going up and down the lochs (lakes). Quite an experience. Edenburgh (sp) took my breath away. Such a huge city with so many huge beautiful ancient buildings.
