Emma's stroy brings tears to my eyes....first, tears of sadness that her former caregivers could be so heartless and cruel to just throw her away like yesterday's trash...then tears of gratitude that the shelter was kind enough to care for Emma and that you gave her a wonderful place to recuperate and lastly, tears of utter happiness that Emma has now found a loving home with such a dear lady. Stories like this don't make up for all the lives we lose trying to save them all...but it does give us the hope to continue rescuing as many cats as we can.
