Hi there, my name is Sierra. I got my name (and it sounds so pretty) because I like to watch wildlife (birds, squirrels, and lizards, etc). I came to this forever home because my hoomin Daddy was visiting some friends in a subdivision, when he went to leave he saw me and my sister (Scanner now a Bridge Angel)shivering outside in the cold - it was winter and there was snow on the ground. The hoomins that had our mama kept us until we were about 3 months old and then took us to this subdivision and threw us out. We were so cold - and we had been raised inside a nice warm house. I guess they figured that it was close to Christmas and someone would feel sorry for us and give us a home. Anyway, this nice big man asked if we belonged to anyone and his friend said he had never seen us before, so this nice man (now my hoomin Dad) took us to his home. Our hoomin mama fell in love with us right off and told us that we would stay here forever an ever. When we were old enough we went to the Vetdoc and had an operation (Mama and Daddy told us that we had to have this done so that we wouldn't have to have babies cuz we deserved a better life). I am so happy here in my forever home, I get great food and da vetdoc says I am in great health. I have 16 other adopted sisters and brothers and we all have so much fun together. I am one very happy girl kit.
