I've talked it over with them and we've decided to go for a world record in oldest living brother cats. :)

My Aunt had a cat that lived to 23/24. Barring any complications, from what I've seen of late of family and friend cats, 16-17 seems to be an average age. We have so many advancements in medicine and nutrition, we are so lucky to have our cats and dogs with us even longer than ever now.

Thanks for your kind words, MA. It does get to me when they have a birthday. I ponder more on theirs than I do my own. LOL
