Brandy recently lost a lot of weight, and the bloodwork indicates liver failure. The vet said to put her on a high protein, high calorie diet, but did not give any suggestions for food other than that above. Reading cat food cans isn't much help.

Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so, any advice regarding feeding would be apppreciated. Brandy remains active and seems fine other than the liver problem. She's never been a real fussy eater, gets unlimited dry food from a feeder, and a half can of soft food in the morning, most of which she eats. She usually begs for the latter.
