Your cat could very well be pregnant if she got out while in heat and encountered an intact male. Could this have happened?

By now you should have been able to feel a kitten or see a kitten move. The fact that you don't is very worrisome. Is there a way to get her to the vet for an exam ASAP rather than waiting until next week?

Not all cats get the dark red nipples you describe when they are pregnant. But many of the other signs point to a possible pregnancy. However, only a vet is really going to know for sure and the sooner you get her the the sooner you will know what the situation is.
