:Well, after closer examination I found that it wasn't his penis. I managed to catch him with his "pink monster" in plain view. It turns out that his incision went almost to his penis and that's what was discolored, a scab. Anyway, he doesn't have stiches, the receptionist just didn't know what she was talking about. The thing I don't like about getting cats neutered is that even after, it still looks like they have nuts!

:I have one more question, how long after his surgery can he have a bath? We want to give him one because he STINKS but Don't want to mess with his incision. Any ideas? Thanks so much for responding so quickly! :)
